Shelagh Sandstedt, LMT, CLT (MAT-11571), has been a practicing massage therapist and massage therapy educator since 2009. She is a Certified Aston® Patterning practitioner & Certified Lymphedema Therapist (ACOLS). She integrates anatomically-specific modalities, such as Neuromuscular Therapy and Orthopedic Massage, with structural work that takes into account posture, alignment, body usage and ergonomics. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is another specialty. Shelagh's teachers include Judith Aston, Deane Juhan (Trager & Resistance and Release Work), Lynn Wind, & Jim Hackett. Shelagh received her undergraduate degree (B.S. Biological Sciences) from Stanford University and is a graduate of the Maui School of Therapeutic Massage & ACOLS.
