The Musubi Truck • Kapaa Local Lunch, is an exciting food truck created by Kaua'i native ʻohanas, The Kakaliaʻs and The Aguinaldoʻs, with their elevated interpretation of the original SPAM Musubi. We are a coffee trailer owned and operated by Kaua'i grown locals. We server Hawai'i grown coffee that is flavored with homemade syrups. We serve sweet and savory muffins. Our muffin flavors range from the traditional sweet blueberry and banana muffins to our unique savory caramelized onion & mushroom muffin.
