Mount Waiʻaleʻale produces some of the purest water in the world, ideal for making spirits. That coupled with our islands rich agricultural history spurred our creativity. Our family or ‘Ohana as we like to say it in Hawaii, has been enthusiastically committed to developing spirits to share with you.

It is known as the quaint, ‘ohana-run restaurant and bar led by the O’Connell family and daughters Megan and Dani.
