ResiRoots Cafe is a Kauaʻi-based cafe showcasing the island’s staple crops through fresh plates and value-added products made from locally grown ingredients. We use taro (kalo), breadfruit (ʻulu), cassava, bananas, and other Hawaiʻi-grown crops to create delicious meals, baked goods, and specialty items that highlight the true flavors of Kauaʻi. From house-made flour products to unique island-inspired menu items, every dish is rooted in local agriculture, community, and sustainability.
