Pam Kruse is recognized professionally not only for her knowledge, background, and credentials, but also because she makes people feel welcome, understood, inspired, and empowered. She creates personalized training programs, motivates and assists clients with achieving their goals, and develops rapport with clients by being available for questions and providing clear, positive solutions. Pam holds master’s degree in exercise physiology with 20+ years of professional experience.

It is performed on the state-of-art machine called the Megaformer . It is a high intensity, low impact resistance training method that targets the slow twitch muscles of the body. Every move is performed slowly and against constant tension which activates your metabolism, burns fat and builds muscle. It is a multi-faceted workout that combines both resistance training and cardio into one; strengthening, tightening, and toning the body all within 45 minutes. There’s no doubt about it, Lagree Method/Megaformer is challenging but you will start to see changes in your body in just a few short weeks!
