North Shore Counseling

On the Path Counseling LLC is a holistic counseling and therapy practice in Upcountry Maui offering compassionate, client-centered support for individuals and couples. Services are provided by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and include individual and couples therapy for anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, caregiving stress, and emotional healing. The practice specializes in working with people who have tried many approaches and are now ready to move forward with meaningful, lasting change. Blending evidence-based psychotherapy with mind-body and holistic approaches, services are offered both in person and through secure online therapy and telehealth in a safe, supportive environment.

Post-Psychotherapy is a good description for this work. I got my MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from CIIS in 2010, and the next decade was spent diving deep into trauma healing modalities that create fast and lasting change at the root level of the psyche. My aim is to go far beyond traditional therapy and facilitate true transformation and THRIVING. While some of my clients are newbies to therapy, I frequently am sought out by folks who have a great understanding of their issues, and are hungry for a real breakthrough.
