Shiva Yoga School is located in the historic tiny town of Ram Jhula at the foothills of the Himalayas, on the banks of the Ganga river, in Rishikesh India. Ram Jhula is one of the last spiritually based towns left in India that limits entry of alcohol, meat foods and even bans cigaret smoking. It use to be the entire region of Rishikesh was sacred and these restriction were enforced for a thousand years. But slowly modern civilization has overpowered the region as commercialism has taken over and push out the old yogic ways and rules. Ram Jhula is primarily old ashrams, temples and Ghat steps down to the Ganga river. Home to the famous Maharishi Mahesh Ashram known for Transcendental Meditation and that music group The Beatles Ashram.

We are a small, community gym focusing on functional movements to help you move better and feel better! Our certified trainers meet you where you are on your fitness journey.
