Maui Youth and Family Services has been empowering youth and families challenged with behavioral health issues to become responsible, self-fulfilled and contributing members of the community since 1978. Originally established by Maui County as the Maunaolu Youth Residential Shelter to provide a safe place for Maui’s homeless, abused and runaway children, we have since expanded and now include a range of behavioral and mental health programs to support young people and their families’ personal growth and emotional stability. Whether young people have mental health needs and/or are experiencing difficulties socially, behaviorally and/or academically – we are here to help.

COME WATCH GLASSBLOWING FOR FREE!!!! Moana Glass by Ryan Staub is Maui's Premier Glassblowing Studio/Gallery. We feature Exquisite Artwork, live glassblowing and Glassblowing Lessons where you can make your own beautiful piece of glass art! We first opened our doors in late December of 2017. Although Staub has blown glass professionally for nearly 30 years and operated his own glassblowing studio in Seattle for 8 years, Moana Glass by Ryan Staub is the culmination of more than half a lifetime's work toward the goal of setting up a studio and gallery where Staub can share his love of glass, involving the public through lessons and demonstrations and helping to keep alive this ancient, dying artform.

Makai Glass Maui is an Upcountry studio and gallery creating hand-blown glass art inspired by Hawaiʻi’s ocean, volcanoes, and wildlife. Founded by artists Justin Brown and Randy Schaffer, Makai showcases whales, dolphins, turtles, waves, jellyfish, murrini vessels, pineapples, and custom lighting pieces. Every sculpture is crafted on site in our Hāliʻimaile hot shop, where visitors can watch live glassblowing and explore a gallery filled with unique island-made art. We offer custom commissions, large statement pieces, corporate awards, and hardwood light bases that beautifully illuminate any sculpture.

Maui Printing Company Inc. has a distinctly human approach to the printing business. We always figured that putting people before profits just made good commonsense. Our relationship with paper vendors allows us to provide an amazing collection of beautiful, earth-friendly papers from across North America. The local connections we've made in our community have helped us create a loyal following, as have our ability to keep promises and to consistently provide strikingly beautiful printing. None of this would be possible, of course, without the people who work here. We call each other "co-workers" and are always focused on hiring and nurturing great people to help us build our company.

The art gallery of fish printing, Gyotaku was traditionally done by fishermen in Japan to show examples of extraordinary fish they had caught. I am a Freediver and spear fisherman living here on Maui , Hawaii. I print fish I have caught using acrylic and oil pastels. I sell orients and original artwork. I am always diving, and always printing my favorite catches here at my studio.
